The Water Quality Monitoring is a new program which is coordinated by The Gold Coast Catchment Association and supported by the City of Gold Coast – Catchment Management Unit. The program is a collaboration with Gecko and the Coomera River Catchment Group.
The program raises community and government awareness in the Gold Coast region and aims to distribute information on waterways health, trends and impacts.
The program is open to the wider community and we really encourage everyone to participate and learn new skills whilst collecting vital data! We aim to collaborate with more community groups to be able expand the program in the next year.
We are heading out to our Southern sites with the Gecko crew!
Meeting time is at 09:00 AM at the Gecko House in Currumbin.
Please make sure to register to get all the updates!
