TurtleWalks with TurtleWatch at The Split

Join us for a refreshing morning TurtleWalk along the stunning Gold Coast beaches! This event isn’t just a stroll—it’s an opportunity to enhance your turtle knowledge and learn monitoring techniques crucial for our Gold Coast turtle population.
Grab your morning coffee and enjoy a leisurely walk with like-minded individuals, all while contributing to the well-being of our local turtles. Throughout the walk, we’ll point out key indicators for turtle activity, making it a delightful and educational experience.
The TurtleWalk will go through the following components of the program:
- General turtle education
- Turtle ID and patterns
- How to monitor turtle activity to collect data
- Turtle First Aid
- TurtleWatch Data entry
