Koala Community Planting Day

We are excited to announce a community tree planting day and Weed ID workshop at Fassifern on March 29th on behalf of Scenic Rim Regional Council. This planting will help improve the resilience of the green space in Fassifern and will see us plant a Koala fodder farm!
If you’re looking to get your hands dirty, meet others and contribute in a positive way to the local environment… this is the tree planting for you!
Children are welcome to attend, they must be supervised by an adult at all times to ensure their safety and quality of work is maintained e.g. plants correctly planted.

10:00AM – Koala Community Tree planting
Please be prepared for the tree planting day by bringing the following:
• Appropriate clothing for working in the bush (long pants and sleeves recommended)
• Hat
• Full water bottle
• Enclosed shoes
• Positive attitude!
Parking: Parking is limited around the area.
Please note by registering your attendance this helps with planning and record keeping for each field day
