The Gold Coast’s biggest tree planting day is an annual event hosted by the Gold Coast Catchment Association and supported by the City of Gold Coast.
The one day event has engaged hundreds of community volunteers annually to rehabilitate the health of the city’s natural environment through tree planting. Play a part this year and help us plant 10,000 native trees along the Coomera River.
Enjoy live music with local bands The Twine and The Lyrical Solo, food trucks, wildlife shows, indigenous workshops, native plant sales, interactive environment stalls and kids nature art and craft.
There will be something for everyone to enjoy and to learn more about the broader environmental landscape of the Gold Coast and the opportunities it provides. The event is a family friendly event suitable for all ages. Further details will be provided upon registration.
