Watergum Community has teamed up with Currumbin Valley Toad Busters to host a cane toad busting event during the 2026 Great Cane Toad Bust.
Join us in Australia’s biggest cane toad bust challenge to create safe havens for native wildlife and pets.

Toad busting gear to bring along:
- A deep bucket
- Gloves
- Torch
- Closed shoes
- Optional: A high-vis vest if you have one, rubbish pickers or tongs if you don’t want to touch the cane toads.
