City Nature Challenge: Guided Walk

April 27 at 9:00 am - 11:00 pm

The City Nature Challenge is an annual event where cities from around the world come together to explore their amazing local biodiversity and vie against each other, in a collaborative and friendly challenge, to find and document their local species.

Join us for a stroll through the wilderness to see what plants and animals we can find and learn about the tools we can use to identify and log them. The skills you will learn will help you to continue the challenge at home in your gardens and local area!

During the 4-day challenge, get out in Logan’s natural areas, your backyard or a park and snap a photo of any wild plant or animal. Upload your sightings to the iNaturalist app or website, add the location and share it to showcase Logan’s biodiversity.

Important information:

Registrations required for all attendees – spaces are limited!
Suitable for ages 8 years and older – parent/guardian supervision required for under 18’s.
