Saturday\, 7th February 2026⏰ 7pm?Eddie Kornhauser Recreational Reserve on Casuarina Drive\, Elanora. Parking can be found Casuarina Drive. \nToad busting is a fun event\, appropriate for the whole family! Come along to: \n\nmeet some like-minded individuals\nlearn some new toad busting skills\nmake a difference for our environment\n\nThis Bust is extra special because we’ll be continuing our new research project ToadTrack on the Gold Coast. This research project will assess whether consistent Toad Busting efforts can impact Cane Toad populations over time and will run for 3 years. \n?How the event will run: \nWatergum staff will welcome you with a brief educational talk\, followed by an introduction to our new research project and how YOU can get involved! \nWe will then work together to clear the park of as many cane toads as we can! \nPlease wear closed in shoes and appropriate clothing for the outdoors at night. If you have a toad busting kit\, please bring it along on the night!
