What do they eat? Where do they live? Do they really lay eggs and have venomous spurs? How can I see them? \nWatergum’s PlatypusWatch will be at the White House of Waterford on Saturday November 7th 4.00pm – 6.00pm to teach you everything you want to know about the mysterious platypus.  \nOur PlatypusWatch program has been monitoring local platypus populations for over 10 years. We have recently expanded our PlatypusWatch program into the Logan area and we’re excited to tell you all about our upcoming surveys in March 2021. \nMake an afternoon of it\, have a late lunch before grabbing a refreshing cocktail and meandering down to the Bali Hut for 4.00pm where you can learn all about your local platypus population\, report your own sightings and register your interest in attending our surveys all across the Gold Coast and now Logan too! \nWe will also have activities for the kiddies so feel free to bring them along to enjoy a lovely afternoon by the river\, learning about platypus. \nThis event is supported by Logan City Council \nPlease make sure you are aware of the latest covid-19 protocols and restrictions.  \nIf you feel sick\, please stay home.
