We are very excited to announce our first round of Gold Coast Mini BioBlitzes! This is an opportunity for those to trial and see what it would be like to attend our main BioBlitz in November, as well as for those who are unable to attend.
The GC Mini BioBlitzes span over half a day with three seperate events to attend.
If you have an interest in the hinterland and its fascinating plants and creatures, this is the event for you. Spend half a day in Austinville with the family and/or friends as there will be something to do for everyone!
Book in and enjoy an afternoon or evening of flora and fauna research! Starting off with a Welcome to Country from the Kombumerri Rangers and cultural burning practices. Then going into the afternoon with a Botany survey with Paul Donatiu and into the evening of Nightspotting with Damien White & Narelle Power.
Upon registration you will receive event details and location.
